Shipping Policy
Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your USPS tracking number.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates:
We ship all orders via United States Postal Service (USPS). Delivery estimates include:

USPS First-Class Mail: 3–5 business days (for packages under 1 lb)

Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of our product (personal care and hygiene), all sales are final and non-refundable once opened or used. We do not accept returns for change of mind, allergic reactions, or dissatisfaction after use.
However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@luminouscrowns.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will evaluate the situation and offer a replacement or store credit when applicable.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product, email us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@luminouscrowns.com.

Shipping Locations:
We currently ship to all U.S. states, territories, and APO/FPO addresses. International shipping is not available at this time.
Order Tracking:
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped. Tracking updates typically appear within 24–48 hours.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages:
Luminous Crowns is not responsible for USPS shipping delays, lost packages, or damage during transit. If you experience any of these issues, please file a claim directly with USPS and notify us at info@luminouscrowns.com so we can support you through the process.
Incorrect Addresses:
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is accurate. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply).
