Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our product (personal care and hair), all sales are final and non-refundable once opened or used. We do not accept returns for change of mind, allergic reactions, or dissatisfaction after use.
However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@luminouscrowns.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will evaluate the situation and offer a replacement or store credit when applicable.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product, email us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@luminouscrowns.com.
